For the founder building what no one understands yet…

There was no map for what I was called to build.

No proven business model.
No established category.
No compass pointing toward the next step.
Only a vision to solve a problem with what I believed to be a simple solution.

It did not take long to discover that simple did not mean easy.

Behind every milestone are years most people will never see: early mornings, sleepless nights, financial losses, daily sacrifices, closed doors, missed opportunities, and countless time, sweat and tears that can never be measured or replaced.

I wasn’t just building a company. I was creating a path where one did not exist; while challenging powerful, monetized narratives that had convinced people the status quo was helping, even when the outcomes proved the opposite.

There were seasons when the numbers did not reflect the vision.

Seasons when the opposition was louder than the support.

Seasons when progress simply meant refusing to quit.
But when resources ran thin, faith carried what finances could not.

God’s Word became my compass.
Divine relationships arrived at the right time.

Faith requires taking action and believing without seeing with the obedience to do it Gods way and rest assured His plan never make sense to this world.

To every founder building something the world does not yet understand: do not measure the value of your vision by how quickly others recognize or perceive it.

Some assignments require you to build the road ahead unseen which often reveals the schemes of those not on your team.
What feels invisible today will become the strong foundation able to carry thousands tomorrow.

By the grace of God I am still standing 🙏🏼
not because the journey has been easy, but because purpose would not release me.

I didn’t endure all of this simply to build a company.

I endured because there are people on the other side of my obedience who need what God placed inside me.

We are just getting started.

107°. Triple-digit heat. Humidity that doesn’t let up.

For the past several days, my team and I had the privilege of serving crews across job sites throughout San Antonio.

We didn’t show up to deliver another safety presentation.

We spent time connecting with people.

Learning their stories.

Asking questions.

Listening.

Speaking strength into them.

Restoring them.

Because protecting people starts with showing people they are valued.

One Safety Director shared something I’ll never forget.

He said, “Every vendor that walks onto my jobsite is transactional. You were relational.”

That meant more to me than he probably realized.

Another conversation with a Safety Director reinforced why this matters.

I didn’t chase a platform; I stewarded a God-sent relationship 🫶🏻
In 2021, I met amberlylagomotivation when she shared her powerful story at Success North Texas.

A few weeks later, our paths crossed again, and God opened another door for me to support her life-changing message and God-inspired mission.

There were so many moments in the JMAR story that should have been the end.

The solution that was dismissed.
The crushing moments that almost made me stop.
